Mastro Birraio

ViniVeri
In the same weekend in Cerea (VR) will be held the XIV edition of “ViniVeri. Vini Secondo Natura” (in English, Wines according to the nature) at Areaexp “La Fabbrica”. A three-days event together with the producers of “Consorzio ViniVeri” and a hundred of independent “wine artisans” from Italy and abroad, coming from Austria, Czech Republic, France, Slovenia, Portugal and a some natural producers coming from Spain. www.viniveri.net

From Saturday 08th to Monday 10th April we suggest you to visit Villa Favorita, in the province of Vicenza. It is a Venetian Villa of ‘700 that hosts Vinnatur, a festival aimed to spread a new wine culture. Gusto in Scena
Take advantage of the long-weekend for the celebration of the Liberation’s Day for a romantic weekend in Venice and do not loose the occasion to taste culinary delicacies and oenological excellences during the event Gusto in Scena at Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista. Formaggio in Villa
Formaggio in Villa will take place in Villa Farsetti in Santa Maria di Sala from 22nd to 25th April. It is the most important festival of the best cheese in Italy, but not only, there is also the so called Salone dell’Alta Salumeria, that offers the best cured pork meat and lots of new trends about food and wine. “Centomani di questa terra” (in English, “A hundred hands of this land”) is a big taste marathon of the greatest excellences of Emilia Romagna that will take place on Monday 3rd April from 10:00 to 19:00 in the enchanting Antica Corte Pallavicina (Polesine Zibello – PR). Streat European Food Truck Festival
Parco Federico Fellini (RN) hosts from 14th to 17th April the second stop-over of the itinerant event Streat – European Food Truck Festival. It is a tasty event not-to-miss where the main characters will be the best Italian Food Truck and their typical specialities. We have already talk about in this article of our blog about the terrific success of street food, and now it’s time to taste it. In the month of April Streat will be also in Udine in Piazza Prima Maggio, from 21st to 23th and in Mantova – Piazza Virgiliana from 28th April to 01st May.
