Raw Food Diet’s principles

The Raw Food Diet is a diet that foresees the consumption of raw foods or cooked at no more than 40° and 46°. It gives room to the consumption of raw vegetables, fruit, seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, sesame) and oil-rich dried fruit (walnuts, nuts, almonds and pine nuts, etc.). Who follows this type of diet try to avoid those foods cooked above the 45° believing that cooking give rise to negative substance for the organism and remove all their nutritional properties.

The Raw Food Diet thinks that the enzymes are the most important substances that the food gives to the organism. These are completely lost once cooked; instead they are necessary to maintain the right functions of the organism, for the digestion and the regeneration of the tissues. Eating raw food allows to have the right contribution of vitamins and pure minerals.
