Glass of minted spelt with avocado, strawberries and Prosciutto San Daniele Dop

A tasty starter to be served in a glass. Boil the spelt with salted water and season it with extra virgin olive oil with a fresh mint mince. Mix it with the ham cut in stripes and place it in the glass. Dice the avocado and the strawberries and season with oil, a drop of balsamic vinegar and grinded basil plus an abundant spoon of spelt. End with a slight slice of Ham, rose shaped.

Strozzapreti with goat cheese’s cream, nuts, crispy courgettes and Prosciutto San Daniele Dop

Prepare a cream of fresh goat cheese, mixing 200gr of cheese with 80cl of milk and cream preheated. Dissolve the cheese with the liquids until you obtain a cream, blend black pepper and sweet paprika. In the meantime cut the courgettes in stripes and cook them over a high flame to make them crispy, mix the ham and sauté the ingredients for a couple of minutes. Keep the pasta undercooked and season it with the goat cheese’s cream, cover it with nuts in pieces and the crispy mix of courgettes and ham.

Chicken nuggets with Gorgonzola, sage and Prosciutto San Daniele Dop

Cut the chicken in slices and hit them with a steak hammer. Place in the middle of the steaks two dices of spicy Gorgonzola Dop and a leaf of sage, a dusting of pepper and close the nuggets. Round them with slices and close with a toothpick. Heat in a pan oil, a knob of butter and a leaf of sage, sauté the nuggets and soften them with white wine (read here the advice about how to use wine to cook). Serve with salad.

Grilled peaches with mousse of ricotta with basil and Prosciutto San Daniele Dop

The sweepeschetness of the peach, the savoury of the Ham and the freshness of ricotta with basil, make this recipe, an extraordinary dessert. Heat the grill and place the peaches cut in half, without the core and brushed with oil. In the meantime mix the ricotta with drop of milk, oil and grinded basil and whip it until to obtain a spumy cream. Place the peaches in a dish, cover them with a spoon of ricotta and basil and end with a slice of ham. For a perfect touch, add some drops of balsamic vinegar glaze.
