This vitamin, in fact, even if it slightly inhibits the development of pigment cells, it is an important source to reinforce the immune system and make the skin compact, healthy and bright. The tanning will last more, the skin won’t be that red and with a long-lasting and uniform tan without damages to the skin. The advised dose of Vitamin C is 60 mg per day.
