Vegan Panettone

You need:
250 gr of strong flour
300 gr of flour 0
30 gr of corn amid or potato flour
130 gr brown sugar Muscovado
100 gr of vegetal margarine or 15 gr of brew yeast
a glass of oat milk
1 pinch of salt

To flavour

Orange zest
Vanilla bean

You can add:

Raisin
Candied fruit
Chocolate drops

Preparation

Start mixing all the dry ingredients: flour and amid; in the meantime melt the yeast in the vegetable meat and melt the margarine. Add milk and yeast, margarine, salt and start to knead, add sugar diluted in a couple of spoons of milk and knead for a couple of minutes.
