Cheeses and yogurts contribute to make this territory unique, produced thanks to the cows high up in the mountains and the local fruit. Some of the most known cheeses are: Asiago, Puzzone di Moena, Bela Badia, Punteria, Casolet and the mountain Toma cheese.

Trentino Alto Adige is well known also for the production of apple (Val di Non), apricots, raspberry, sauerkraut and the precious honey, various “grappa” and typical wines.
